About Our Services. SRJ Cleanup Crew offers Junk Removal, Junk Hauling, Waste Management, Property Cleanout, Demolition, Garbage Pick-Up. The information on this Site is informational and does not constitute a binding offer.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Ownership. SRJ Cleanup Crew (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

As-Is Basis. https://srjcleanupcrew.com is provided on an "as is" basis. SRJ Cleanup Crew makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Limitation. In no event will SRJ Cleanup Crew's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold SRJ Cleanup Crew harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of GA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in GA.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
